Technical Adoption Manager

Broadcom is seeking a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM) to join their team as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers implementing VMware Cloud Foundation solutions. This role combines technical expertise with customer relationship management, focusing on helping organizations achieve their business objectives through technology adoption.

The TAM will serve as a critical member of the customer's Account Team, working directly with enterprise clients to drive successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of VMware Cloud Foundation solutions. The position requires deep technical knowledge of VMware products, including SDDC, NSX Networking, and Aria Operations, combined with strong business acumen and communication skills.

This is a remote position based in the Western United States (California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Nevada, or Arizona), offering a competitive salary range of $103,000 - $182,000, plus bonus and equity opportunities. The role requires up to 30% travel, primarily within the region, with occasional out-of-state visits for client meetings or conferences.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a bachelor's degree, and a strong background in enterprise-level virtualization and customer-facing roles. They will be responsible for creating success plans, conducting technical assessments, providing solution guidance, and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from their VMware investments.
