Technical Adoption Manager

Broadcom is seeking a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM) to join their team as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers implementing VMware Cloud Foundation solutions. The TAM will work remotely, serving as a critical member of the customer's Account Team, driving cross-functional unified customer experiences, and ensuring successful implementation of VMware solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation component solutions, including Infrastructure SDDC, NSX Networking, and Aria Operations, combined with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. They will be responsible for creating success plans, conducting technology assessments, providing deployment guidance, and delivering quarterly business reviews.
