Broadcom is seeking a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor for their VMware Cloud Foundation solution. This role focuses on helping enterprise customers succeed in creating modern, secure Private Cloud environments. The TAM will drive customer experience using technical and communication skills to enable successful onboarding, consumption, and adoption of VMware Cloud Foundation. The position involves daily interaction with assigned customers, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering strategic outcomes. The role requires deep technical expertise in VMware solutions, strong business acumen, and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives. Responsibilities For Technical Adoption Manager
- Serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers
- Drive cross-functional, unified customer experience
- Create Success Plan with objectives aligned to customer requirements
- Deliver technology roadmaps & assessments
- Provide Solution Guidance & best practices review
- Present and communicate with CxO level personnel
- Collaborate with multi-functional Broadcom project teams
- Work closely with Partner resources
- Contribute to internal global TAM community
Requirements For Technical Adoption Manager
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 12+ years related experience required
- Experience in customer-facing positions
- Enterprise-level virtualization expertise
- Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation solutions
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% regionally
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
