Technical Adoption Manager

Broadcom is seeking a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor for their VMware Cloud Foundation solution. This role focuses on helping enterprise customers achieve their business objectives through technology adoption and consumption. The TAM will work remotely, primarily serving customers in the Western United States (CA, OR, WA, CO, NV, or AZ).

The position requires a seasoned professional with 12+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, deep knowledge of enterprise virtualization, and expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation solutions. As a TAM, you'll drive customer success by providing technical guidance, conducting assessments, and developing strategic roadmaps while working closely with cross-functional teams.

The role offers a competitive base salary range of $103,000 - $182,000, plus bonus and equity opportunities.
