Technical Adoption Manager

Broadcom is seeking a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor for their VMware Cloud Foundation solution. This role focuses on helping enterprise customers succeed in creating modern, developer-ready, secure Private Cloud environments. The TAM will drive customer experience using technical, communication, and collaboration skills to help customers achieve their full potential through the consumption and adoption of VMware Cloud Foundation.

The position offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on customer success, working daily with assigned customers to overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes. TAMs are critical members of the customer's Account Team, providing meaningful insights that drive holistic customer strategy. The role involves developing long-term relationships with customers while aligning technical solutions with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and technical skills, with experience in enterprise-level virtualization and VMware Cloud Foundation solutions. They will be responsible for conducting technology assessments, roadmap reviews, deployment guidance, and best practices reviews. The role requires excellent communication skills to present to C-level executives and collaborate with multi-functional teams.

Working remotely from Texas or Louisiana, this position offers a competitive salary range of $71,000-$113,000, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, and equity opportunities. The role requires up to 30% regional travel, primarily to local clients with occasional out-of-state visits for conferences or training.
