Technical Adoption Manager

Broadcom is seeking a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor for their VMware Cloud Foundation solution. This role focuses on helping enterprise customers achieve their business objectives through technology adoption and consumption. The TAM will work remotely, primarily serving customers in Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, or Nebraska regions.

The position involves driving a cross-functional, unified customer experience using technical, communication, and collaboration skills. TAMs are critical members of the customer's Account Team, providing meaningful insights that shape customer strategy. The role requires deep expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation solutions, including Infrastructure SDDC, NSX Networking, and Aria Operations.

As a TAM, you'll create success plans, deliver technology roadmaps, provide solution guidance, and optimize operations for customers. The role demands strong business acumen, technical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.
