Technical Adoption Manager

Broadcom is seeking a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor for their VMware Cloud Foundation solutions. The TAM will work remotely, managing relationships with assigned customers and ensuring their successful adoption of VMware Cloud Foundation solutions. This role involves creating strategic success plans, delivering technology roadmaps, providing best practices guidance, and optimizing operations for customers. The position offers a competitive base salary range of $103,000 - $164,000, plus bonus and equity opportunities.

They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants, engineers, and product management, while maintaining direct communication with C-level stakeholders.
