As a Technical Support Engineer in the VMware Cloud Foundation division at Broadcom, you will be responsible for resolving customer technical issues, supporting the team, and the support operation. You will undergo substantial skills development in VMware virtualization technologies to help customers troubleshoot and overcome challenges in their IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Upskilling on support processes and products
- Troubleshooting customer issues individually and as part of a team
- Working on escalated customer issues requiring product expertise
- Supporting strategic customers and engaging with account teams
- Collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues

The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of tech industry experience
- Experience with VMware products and cloud/virtualization technologies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills and customer engagement experience
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of vSphere ESXi and vCenter Server
- Expertise in troubleshooting service and performance issues
- Knowledge of VMFS/NFS architecture
- Linux certifications or experience
- Database administration skills (e.g., Postgres & MS SQL)
