The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Software/SaaS implementation, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. The position requires expertise in various cloud platforms and certifications like VCP, CKA, ITIL, AWS, Azure, or GCP are advantageous. Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer

  • Planning to identify Customer's business and IT outcomes
  • Technology assessment to identify gaps impeding progress
  • Solution guidance to develop future state roadmap
  • Recommendations to improve efficiency, resiliency, security, and sustainability
  • Performance metrics analysis
  • Product optimization recommendations and rightsizing guidance
  • Periodic peer comparisons of operations and processes
  • Monthly touch points to ensure progression toward Customer's goals
  • Executive business reviews to report on progress

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer

Kubernetes
  • 5+ years' experience in Software or SaaS Implementation or on-boarding support
  • Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Responsible, proactive and have good communication skills
  • Ability to think and work independently
  • Good teamwork spirit
  • English speaking and writing skills are a must
  • Certificates are a plus: VCP, CKA, ITIL, AWS, Azure, GCP
