Responsibilities For VCF Support Account Manager (VCF SAM)

  • Lead recurring customer meetings to review SR portfolio and manage priorities
  • Monitor and manage Support Request (SR) activity and trends
  • Act as single point of contact for support-related activities and escalations
  • Coordinate remote and onsite support engagements
  • Provide technical guidance for VCF usage and adoption
  • Handle security advisories and communicate with affected customers
  • Work with Proactive Services team to identify potential issues
  • Document and deliver root cause analyses for critical situations
  • Participate in Executive Business reviews

Requirements For VCF Support Account Manager (VCF SAM)

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of related experience OR Master's degree plus 3+ years of related experience
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the US
  • VCP certification required within first 6 months
  • Experience with customer-facing roles
  • Technical knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and its components
