The VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) division at Broadcom is seeking a VCF Support Account Manager to join their Global VCF Support organization. This role is crucial in optimizing and personalizing customer support experiences for enterprise-level VMware Cloud Foundation implementations. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical liaison between customers and internal support teams, managing support requests, driving resolution of technical issues, and ensuring maximum platform uptime. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, leading regular review meetings, and coordinating support engagements both remotely and on-site.
Within the first 6-9 months, the successful candidate will achieve VCP Certification and develop comprehensive knowledge of customer environments, technical architectures, and business use cases. They will be expected to maintain a customer retention rate of 90% or above, identify support request trends, and create action plans as needed.
