We are seeking an experienced and passionate ETL Developer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes to seamlessly extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our SQL Server data warehouse, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for informed decision-making.
- Leverage SSIS to automate data movement tasks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our data pipeline.
- Identify and implement performance tuning strategies to ensure optimal ETL process execution.
- Collaborate closely with data analysts, business stakeholders, and IT across global offices to understand business requirements, translating them into actionable ETL solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Conduct meticulous data quality checks to identify and rectify data anomalies, ensuring data consistency and accuracy within our data warehouse.
- Document ETL processes comprehensively, adhering to industry standards and best practices, for future reference, maintenance, and knowledge transfer.
- Stay abreast of the latest ETL technologies and methodologies to continuously enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our data pipeline.
- Implement and maintain the Data Warehouse front end using BI tools: Power BI and Tableau.

Requirements For ETL Developer
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with a strong focus on data warehousing and ETL processes
- 5+ years of experience in ETL development using SQL Server, SSIS demonstrating expertise in data extraction, transformation, and loading methodologies
- In-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts, including data models, data marts, data silos, and data governance principles
- Proficient in SQL Server DDL, DML, and T-SQL programming, with strong SQL query optimization skills
- 2+ years of experience modelling and building Power BI dashboards
- 2+ years of experience building Tableau dashboards
- Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau server infrastructure-a strong advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment to achieve project goals, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
