The FOM team's mission is to revolutionize manufacturing through diversification and automation, focusing on risk mitigation, capacity increase, quality improvement, and environmental impact reduction. As a Senior Product Engineer, you'll lead projects from development to production in Southeast Asia, ensuring new manufacturing processes meet Brooks' high standards for fit, feel, ride, and quality.

The role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, including managing trials, documenting processes, and collaborating with various teams from Innovation to Quality Assurance. You'll be responsible for transferring technology from innovation to commercialization and maintaining relationships with development managers to align on standards and methods.
