Senior Application Security Engineer

This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape and lead the company's application security initiatives while reporting directly to the CISO.

The position combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, focusing on building a robust application security/DevSecOps function from the ground up. You'll be instrumental in fostering a security-first culture within development teams and implementing best practices aligned with OWASP Top 10 framework.

Working with React/JS and .NET technologies in an AWS Cloud environment, you'll be responsible for integrating security practices throughout the software development lifecycle. The role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000-$170,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of application security or DevSecOps experience, with strong knowledge of security testing tools (SAST, DAST, IAST) and cloud-native security. You'll lead initiatives like the Security Ninja Champion Program and work cross-functionally to drive security improvements across engineering teams.
