Responsibilities For People Analytics Engineer

  • Deliver robust data models following best practices and frameworks
  • Partner with data engineering and ETL teams to translate technical requirements
  • Optimize reporting and align stakeholders on metric definitions
  • Act as translator between business and analyst requirements
  • Serve as data steward for governance, maintenance, and scalability
  • Develop analytical solutions to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand organizational processes
  • Provide specialized training to stakeholders
  • Design and implement data infrastructure and modernize data stack

Requirements For People Analytics Engineer

Python
  • Experience with data visualization and transformation tools (dbt, airflow, fivetran, tableau/powerbi/looker)
  • Extensive experience with dbt and data transformation
  • Expert in SQL and Python
  • Experience with documentation using Jira, Confluence
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of design thinking & agile methodologies
  • Experience with Workday, Lever or other HCM and ATS systems
  • Version Control software experience (git)
  • Ability to manipulate large datasets
  • Strong communication skills
