Description For Security Engineer (End User Compute)

Bumble, a leading dating app company, is seeking a Security Engineer focused on End User Compute to join their team in London. This role is crucial in designing and implementing security controls across the end user compute environment while ensuring the organization's ability to innovate remains unimpeded.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a company where customer security is a top priority. As a Security Engineer, you'll be responsible for implementing robust security measures, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with various teams to embed security best practices throughout the organization.

Key aspects of the role include designing security controls for macOS enterprise environments, working with workplace technology teams, and participating in on-call security operations. You'll also be involved in threat modeling, vulnerability management, and training other engineering teams in security practices.

The ideal candidate will bring expert-level knowledge in securing macOS for enterprise, strong scripting abilities, and excellent communication skills. Experience with Google Workspace security and zero trust architecture is a plus. Linux

  • Ability to effectively communicate security concepts to non-security stakeholders
