The ideal candidate will have:

• Deep experience in mobile development using React Native
• 8+ years of software development experience
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Extensive experience with front-end frameworks and state management libraries
• Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring
• Expertise in designing scalable front-end systems
• Proficiency in debugging, incident management, and operational monitoring
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with UI/UX design principles
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and back-end service integration
• Understanding of security principles and cloud services (preferably AWS)
