Responsibilities For Staff Software Engineer
- Design services and systems with focus on iterative development, reliability, and simplicity
- Build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions
- Partner with product and design on discovery and experimentation
- Lead by example and provide mentorship to team members
- Assist team in making decisions aligned with organizational objectives

Requirements For Staff Software Engineer
- 8+ years of software development experience with strong skills in Python
- Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL-based databases
- Experience with AWS and infrastructure as code, and CI/CD
- Strong strategic thinking abilities
- Extensive experience in software engineering with proven technical leadership
