Responsibilities For Senior Backend Engineer
- Build and maintain integrations with business partners (Google Ads, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Evaluate, prioritize, and drive system level design changes to Integrations product
- Communicate work clearly to team members and seek feedback
- Serve as a leader, mentor, and teammate to the engineering team
- Continuously improve skills and learn about customer needs
Requirements For Senior Backend Engineer
- Experience building web applications with Ruby on Rails
- Experience designing and building new features or services
- Strong understanding of testing best practices and commitment to code quality
- Experience helping make technical design decisions as part of a team
