AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge LLM and ML solutions into their platform, directly impacting their mission to achieve net-zero by 2050.

The role demands expertise in LLM technologies, with responsibilities spanning from designing AI-driven features to building scalable ML/LLM pipelines. You'll work with technologies like AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, and vector databases, while collaborating across teams to optimize AI model performance and implement automation tools.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of technical experience, strong expertise in LLM technologies, and proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and RAG pipelines. You'll join a high-performing team from top organizations, working in a hybrid environment from either Toronto, New York, or San Francisco.

This position offers competitive compensation ($130,000-$160,000) with equity, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on real estate decarbonization.
