Responsibilities For Cloud Support Associate Engineer

  • Provide technical support for employees from remote home office
  • Take ownership of new cases via telephone, email and web
  • Act as internal customer advocate and maintain timely updates
  • Handle support cases according to Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Contribute to and maintain knowledge base articles
  • Draft and distribute technical notices
  • Prioritize work based on importance and urgency
  • Maintain regular communication with team
  • Participate in regular weekend working rotation
