Description For Linux Desktop & Devices Support Engineer

Responsibilities For Linux Desktop & Devices Support Engineer

  • Work from remote home office and provide technical support for employees
  • Take ownership of new cases via telephone, email and web
  • Act as an internal customer advocate keeping them updated
  • Handle support cases according to SLA with highest customer satisfaction
  • Contribute and maintain knowledge base articles
  • Draft and distribute technical notices
  • Prioritize work for important and urgent tasks
  • Understand Ubuntu development process
  • Maintain regular communication with the team
  • Participate in regular weekend working rotation

Requirements For Linux Desktop & Devices Support Engineer

  • Experience with system performance troubleshooting
