Capco is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join their Technology Delivery Team. As a member of this team, you'll leverage your expertise in AI engineering and agile methodologies to drive the implementation of GenAI solutions across multiple business units.
The role involves managing the deployment of Capco's GenAI chat platform and developing its future roadmap. You'll collaborate with both technical and business teams to create solutions spanning knowledge management, personalized content retrieval, and service fulfillment. Your understanding of GenAI frameworks and deployment architectures will be crucial in recommending platform enhancements.
Working in an agile environment, you'll interact with international teams, evaluate technologies, develop proofs of concept, and review code from team members. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to guide junior resources in design choices.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of AI Engineering experience, strong proficiency in programming languages (particularly Python and NodeJS), and demonstrated understanding of prompt engineering and LLMs. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) and REST APIs is essential. A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
