AI Engineer

Capco is seeking an AI Engineer to join their Technology Delivery Team. As part of this role, you'll work on deploying and managing GenAI chat platforms and developing solutions for multiple business units. The position involves collaborating with technical and business teams to create innovative AI solutions spanning knowledge management, personalized content retrieval, and service fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills and experience with GenAI technologies, including prompt engineering and LLMs. You'll need proficiency in programming languages (particularly Python and NodeJS), REST APIs, and cloud environments like AWS or Azure. The role requires both technical expertise and the ability to guide junior resources and collaborate with international teams in an agile environment.
