AI Engineer

Capco, the world's largest Financial Services focused consultancy, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join their Technology Delivery Team. The position involves leading the deployment and development of GenAI solutions, working with both technical and business teams across multiple business units. You'll be responsible for managing the company's GenAI chat platform, developing its roadmap, and creating solutions spanning knowledge management, personalized content retrieval, and service fulfillment.

As an AI Engineer, you'll bring your expertise in prompt engineering, LLMs, and cloud technologies to deliver innovative solutions. The role requires strong technical skills in Python, NodeJS, or Java, combined with practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. You'll work in an international environment, collaborating with various client groups and guiding junior resources in design choices.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GenAI frameworks, deployment architectures, and cost-benefit trade-offs. Strong familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and experience with REST APIs are essential. You'll need to demonstrate the ability to evaluate technologies, develop quick prototypes, and ensure technical roadmap alignment.
