AI Engineer

Capco is seeking an AI Engineer to join their Technology Delivery Team. As the largest Financial Services focused consultancy in the world, we work with global banks and emerging FinTechs, providing services from strategy through digital transformation. The role involves managing GenAI chat platform deployments, developing AI solutions for multiple business units, and working with international teams in an agile environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, technical expertise in Python/NodeJS, and demonstrated understanding of prompt engineering and LLMs. You'll collaborate with business groups to develop GenAI solutions spanning knowledge management, personalized content retrieval, and service fulfillment.
