Analytics Model Developer

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking an experienced Analytics Model Developer for their Wealth and Private Banking sector. This role is crucial for developing, implementing, and enhancing advanced analytics models to support data-driven decision-making and risk management.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Model Development: Develop and refine advanced analytics models using Machine Learning, Generalized Additive Models, and Decision Trees.
2. Data Analytics and Insights: Perform data extraction, cleaning, and transformation to prepare data for model development.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate modeling approaches and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Collaboration and Innovation: Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize analytical projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong proficiency in Python for advanced modeling and data analysis
• Expertise in ML, GAM, Decision Trees, and other statistical modeling techniques
• Ability to translate modeling concepts into vector analytical codes
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Excellent communication skills
