Description For DevOps Engineer

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their award-winning global technology and management consulting firm. As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing engineering support and release management for the Customer Engagement system built on Salesforce technologies. The role combines platform administration, system health maintenance, and technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities For DevOps Engineer

  • Work closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure areas and vendors
  • Investigate and propose strategic fits for virtualization, consolidation and rationalization solutions
  • Evaluate and align strategic fit solutions across platforms
  • Provide client consulting and planning guidance for moderate to complex projects
  • Participate in architectural, design development, and integration planning
  • Map requirements into standard services solution
  • Review, participate, develop and update architectural standards
  • Maintain platform health and operations
  • Perform platform administration activities
  • Coordinate with various teams for problem resolution

Requirements For DevOps Engineer

Python
Java
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technology related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of experience identifying technical solutions for complex business problems
  • 5 years of technology experience
  • 3 years of experience in Salesforce release management
  • 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin/Developer
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration
  • Proficient in Copado, Git, Jenkins, BitBucket, GitHub, Ant
  • Advanced Git knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge in code deployment version conflict resolution
  • Copado Admin and Developer certifications preferred
  • AWS Developer Certification preferred
