Senior Generative AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer to join our Data Analytics and AI team. As part of the GenAI workforce, you will be responsible for defining strategy for Generative AI internally and helping shape and execute clients' AI transformation agendas. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in machine learning/deep learning/AI and software engineering, with extensive professional experience as either a consultant or in a similar advisory corporate role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying critical business problems solvable using Generative AI
• Defining strategy for Generative AI application
• Leading the design, build, and engineering of innovative GenAI products
• Managing and mentoring the Data Analytics and AI team
• Iterating and scaling Generative AI products while addressing client needs
• Creating technical standards and blueprints for AI scenarios
• Educating the organization on Generative AI from both IT and business perspectives

Essential skills:

• 4-5 years of experience working with large-scale language models
• Experience managing technical and cross-functional teams
• Rich understanding of language models, transformers, vector stores, and search algorithms
• Large-scale ETL development and engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of modern software development methodologies
• Effective communication of technical concepts
• Confidence in conveying technical advice to clients
