As a Senior .NET Developer in Financial Services at Capco, you will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.

Capco is looking for engineers who want to play a key part in supporting the evolution of the Capital Markets industry one project at a time. You will be expected to be a strong team player who prides themselves on delivering modern, first-class cloud-based platforms through practicing best-in-class Agile ways of working at all times.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working alongside clients to interpret requirements and define industry-leading solutions.
  • Designing and developing robust, well-tested data pipelines.
  • Demonstrating and helping clients adhere to best practices in engineering and SDLC.
  • Building event-driven, loosely coupled distributed applications.
  • Developing both on-premise and cloud-based solutions.
  • Supporting internal Capco capabilities by sharing insight, experience, and credentials.

Responsibilities For Senior .NET Developer

  • Working alongside clients to interpret requirements and define industry-leading solutions

Requirements For Senior .NET Developer

Redis
  • Proficiency in C# (versions 7.0 and 8.0) with extensive experience in developing enterprise-level solutions within a Capital Markets environment
  • Background working in the financial services domain such as Capital Markets, Payments, Retail Banking or Wealth & Asset Management
  • Strong experience with SQL Server or NoSQL, including design, optimization, and scaling of databases for high-performance financial, banking, and insurance applications
  • Deep understanding of Cloud technologies, especially DocumentDB, EKS, EC2, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, Aurora
  • Experience working with caching technologies such as Redis/Elasticache
  • Solid understanding of SOLID principles for designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications across various domains
  • Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing, ensuring reliable and secure code for critical applications
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and RESTful APIs for building scalable and secure services, enabling integration with third-party platforms, legacy systems, and cloud-native solutions across finance, insurance, and banking
