Senior Test Automation Engineer

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership capabilities to design and implement robust testing frameworks, guide team members, and ensure the highest quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle. As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and maintaining comprehensive test automation frameworks, leading testing efforts across multiple projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll mentor junior team members, drive quality initiatives, and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure quality considerations are integrated at every development stage.

The position requires 5+ years of experience in web application testing and QA automation, with expertise in tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or Java are essential, along with experience in CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and containerization technologies. Advanced English proficiency is required for daily interaction with international teams.
