Senior Software Engineer - GenAI and Web Technologies

Your day at Capco will involve:

• Collaborating with innovative clients on cutting-edge technologies
• Building and deploying production-ready Python applications with a focus on GenAI, LLMs, and vector search technologies
• Employing innovative methods for document chunking and embedding
• Designing user-friendly interfaces using Angular or React
• Maintaining deployment artifacts using Docker, Terraform, and GitHub Actions
• Working with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate GenAI technologies
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand client requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-grade Python applications
• 1+ year of experience with GenAI technologies
• Hands-on experience with large language models and vector search technologies
• Knowledge of data extraction, chunking, and embedding methodologies
• Proficiency in frontend development (Angular or React)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluency in English and either German (Zurich office) or French (Geneva office)
