Sr. AWS DevOps Engineer

As a Sr. AWS DevOps Engineer, you'll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. You'll play an integral role in contributing to the quality and implementation of our solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of a comprehensive DevOps strategy, focusing on automation, operational soundness, and alignment with best practices. • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring alignment with client's strategic goals. • Provide leadership and mentorship to client teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. • Identify high-impact quick wins and guide the implementation of strategic tooling for both enterprise and squad levels.

Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong track record in large-scale transformations in complex, regulated environments (preferably within the financial services sector). • Deep knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud platforms, Everything-as-Code. • Strong leadership skills with experience in driving cross-functional collaboration. • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills. • Relevant certifications (e.g., DevOps, SRE, PMP) are highly desirable. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
