Sr Full Stack Developer - Java, React

At Capco Technology Delivery Center, we are dedicated to the financial services industries. As a Sr Full Stack Developer, you'll use your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our software products for our customers. You'll work closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure areas, and vendors to identify, review, and evaluate solution requirements. You'll investigate and propose strategic fits for virtualization, consolidation, and rationalization solution opportunities. You'll provide client consulting and planning guidance for moderate to complex projects, map requirements into standard services solutions, identify opportunities for integrating existing or reuse technology, and provide cost-effective solutions for moderate to large highly complex projects/programs/initiatives. You'll contribute to a culture of innovation, ideas, and continuous improvement, along with solid communication skills and willingness to learn and collaborate.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain microservices using Spring Boot in Java • Handle API transactions and manage the data layer for micro apps • Design modular solutions using Webpack's Module Federation or similar • Work in AWS environment

Requirements: • 5+ years of development experience using Java in a J2EE environment • Experience with Spring Boot, microservices, and AWS • Willingness to work in the Maitland (Orlando) office 3 days per week
