Cape, founded in early 2022 by Palantir and Anduril alums, is on a mission to revolutionize privacy in global wireless. We're building a cellular network that empowers citizens, including those responsible for national security, to regain control of their data. As a Software Engineer at Cape, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working on greenfield problems and shaping our privacy-focused telecommunications stack.
You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle development of software products, integrating with telecommunications infrastructure and mobile devices. We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, fluent in languages like Golang, Rust, Java/Kotlin, or Python, and passionate about personal privacy and national security.
At Cape, we believe in empowering our team to make a profound impact. You'll collaborate with talented engineers and enjoy dynamic interactions across the organization. We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000-$230,000 a year, plus equity and a 401K match.
Our culture is built on trust, excellence, and the belief that personal privacy and national security can coexist through strong technology. We provide top-tier healthcare, a generous vacation policy, and the opportunity to work on software with real-world impact.
Join us in our scrappy, well-funded startup phase, and help us reclaim the personal privacy we've sacrificed in the smartphone era. If you're ready to push the envelope and work on hard, important problems with serious implications for consumer privacy and national security, Cape is the place for you.
