Senior Fullstack Engineer

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll join at the Series A stage, working directly with the founding team to shape both product vision and technical architecture. The role demands a unique blend of technical expertise and customer empathy, as you'll be building solutions that directly impact African businesses. You'll work with a modern tech stack including TypeScript, React, NextJS, NodeJS, Express, and PostgreSQL.

Key projects include developing WhatsApp bots for customer quotes, creating self-serve onboarding flows, implementing OCR for invoices, and building internal tools for managing millions in transactions. The position offers a hybrid working model with 3 days in office and 2 days remote, based in either London or Paris offices.

The ideal candidate will bring experience from VC-backed engineering teams, strong full-stack development skills, and excellent communication abilities. You should be comfortable with the fast-paced nature of an early-stage startup and have a genuine interest in solving problems for African businesses. French speaking ability and fintech experience are valuable bonuses.
