Senior Quality Engineer

Capi Money is an innovative fintech company that helps businesses in Africa pay their international suppliers. Having raised over $18m from prestigious investors including Creandum, Y Combinator, and General Catalyst, they're on a mission to transform international payments in Africa.

As their first Quality Engineer, you'll have the unique opportunity to establish and shape the quality culture within the development process. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, requiring you to balance rapid product velocity with robust quality assurance. You'll be responsible for implementing QA strategies, developing automated testing frameworks, and ensuring the security and performance of financial systems.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in software testing methodologies, proficiency in programming languages like Python or JavaScript, and a background in fast-paced startup environments. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate quality throughout the product development lifecycle.

Working in a hybrid environment (3 days in office if based in London or Paris), you'll join a company founded by experienced entrepreneurs from successful companies like Taptap Send, Hubble, and P4SD.
