Capital Markets Gateway (CMG) is a financial technology firm modernizing the equity capital markets (ECM). We're seeking a Customer Engineer to join our Customer Success Team in Brno. This role is critical in developing an expert understanding of our CMG platform and handling client inquiries.
As a Customer Engineer, you'll:
- Support a wide range of client inquiries
- Develop insights on client pain points
- Handle customer support via various channels
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve customer issues
- Provide support for API products
- Create onboarding materials
- Document support issues and escalate when necessary
You should have:
- 2+ years in customer support or client-focused business analyst role
- Exceptional communication skills in English (min. C1)
- Desire to learn CMG's architecture and best practices
- Proficiency in customer support tools
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
