Backend Software Engineer

Capital on Tap is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join their Acquisition, Credit, Decisioning, and Compliance (ACDC) team. This remote position is based in Poland and offers the opportunity to work on building robust and scalable solutions using .Net technology for credit card and payment products tailored to small businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions using .Net technology
• Own the entire software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA's, and fellow Software Engineers
• Write unit and integration tests
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs
• Communicate effectively between technical and business teams

Tech Stack:

• Backend: C#, .Net, .Net Core
• Frontend: React, JavaScript
• Mobile: Flutter, Dart
• Databases: SQL Server, MongoDB
• Cloud: Azure & GCP

Requirements:

• 3+ years hands-on experience in C#, .Net Core, SQL Server
• Strong testing practices in Unit and Integration testing
• Good understanding of database technologies
• Experience with Agile development practices
• Passion for learning new skills and technologies
• Proactive, supportive, and collaborative team player
