The IT Support Engineer role is based in their Brighton office, working within the IT Services team. You'll be responsible for providing first-class end-user support across all IT needs, including system implementation, administration, and support for internal domain services. This encompasses networks, wifi communications, AV setup, and software/hardware administration.
Key responsibilities include responding to user support requests through multiple channels (in-person, Jira, Slack, video calls), troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, maintaining the asset register, and participating in an on-call rotation for out-of-hours support.
