Responsibilities For Facility Operations - Manager
- Provide oversight of third party engineering team
- Partner with project managers for maintenance and construction efforts
- Oversee BAS, HVAC and MEP systems infrastructure operations
- Monitor critical systems uptime
- Conduct and maintain site inspection documents
- Audit site records for compliance
- Support critical response teams during crisis
- Review operational and capital expense budgets
- Coordinate building systems commissioning
Requirements For Facility Operations - Manager
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in critical systems environment
- At least 3 years of experience commissioning critical systems
- Knowledge of UPS, Generator, CRAC, Chiller, RTU HVAC operations
- Understanding of local codes, OSHA, EPA, NFPA guidelines
