Senior Manager, Data Science - The Recommendation & Personalization Team

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Science to join their Recommendation & Personalization team within AI Foundations. This role focuses on building state-of-the-art scalable AI/ML solutions for Capital One's digital channels, including their award-winning mobile app, website, and emails. The position involves working with cutting-edge technologies in reinforcement learning, recommender systems, causal inference, and multi-objective learning with transformers.

The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, leverage technologies like Python, AWS, Pyspark, and Nvidia tools, and build machine learning models through all development phases.
