  • Receiving and handling user requests in the scope of IT support
  • Preparation of user equipment and diagnostics of technical condition
  • Creating and maintaining user instructions
  • Granting access to internal services/applications
  • Administration of corporate messenger and mail system
  • Maintaining IT Assets inventory
  • Assistance in device purchasing and supplier communication
  • Assistance in device management

Requirements For IT Service Desk Engineer

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Confident knowledge of PC hardware, software, and various OS
  • Responsible attitude and attentiveness
