Responsibilities For IT Service Desk Engineer

  • Receiving and handling user requests in the scope of IT support
  • Preparation of user equipment and diagnostics of technical condition
  • Creating and maintaining user instructions
  • Granting access to internal services/applications
  • Administration of corporate messenger and mail system
  • Maintaining IT Assets inventory
  • Device management assistance
  • Setup and maintenance of audio-visual systems in meeting rooms

Requirements For IT Service Desk Engineer

Linux
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Mobile device management solutions
  • Experience with Identity providers like Okta
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with IT Asset Management Systems
  • Experience in diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN)
