Senior Systems Engineer

Captivation Software is seeking a senior level systems engineer to collaborate with stakeholders in gathering, documenting, and tracking product requirements for mission solutions. The role involves serving as the project's technical expert and Scrum Master. Key responsibilities include using Linux CLI, creating/modifying Bash/Python scripts for process automation, collaborating with mission customers on product requirements and project status, managing Scrum teams, maintaining detailed documentation, and working with CI/CD concepts and tools like GitLab CI. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in systems engineering, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead engineering efforts. This position requires a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, and U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
