Senior Systems Engineer

Captivation Software, a trusted name in national security solutions, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join their innovative team. This role combines technical expertise with mission-critical responsibilities supporting national defense initiatives. The position requires a seasoned professional with extensive systems engineering experience and a strong background in hardware and software integration.

The ideal candidate will possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and bring expertise in software-defined radios, RF systems, and Linux environments. You'll lead system design and integration projects, mentor junior engineers, and work with cutting-edge technology while contributing to national security missions.

This role offers an exceptional compensation package, including a salary range of $130,000-$270,000, and outstanding benefits such as a 20% 401k contribution with immediate vesting, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and generous PTO. The position involves some travel (up to 90 days annually) for system installation and maintenance.
