Software Engineer 1 (Hybrid) - Kubernetes/Elasticsearch/Grafana/Prometheus

Captivation Software is looking for a mid-level software engineer to assist with daily responsibilities. The role involves supporting DevOps activities for a standalone environment, contributing to applications designed for standalone deployments, leveraging Infrastructure as Code, contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of the Kubernetes platform, and providing technical solutions for network and storage components.

Key requirements include:

• Must hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience with distributed systems, application monitoring, and infrastructure analysis
• Familiarity with tools like Istio, Keycloak, Nginx, Prometheus, Grafana, Accumulo, and Elasticsearch
• Experience with Kubernetes cluster administration
• Proficiency in languages such as Go, Java, Javascript, Kotlin, Python, or Typescript
