Captivation Software is looking for a senior level software engineer who shall be responsible for supporting the CASA Compute Environment (CCE) SaaS team and mission services. The CCE provides several containerized services that customers can provision and access on demand inside of a Kubernetes cluster. Some of the services include Gitlab CI/CD, Jupyter Notebooks, MinIO, and several other products. The Software Engineer shall perform maintenance and troubleshooting of containerized applications, upgrade services, assist customers using the CCE and develop any required software for new CCE functionality and services. In addition, the Software Engineer shall provide customer support to CCE customers across several Hustle channels and via help desk tickets.

This position requires a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph. The ideal candidate will have experience with Linux CLI, Bash/Python scripting, creating Helm Charts for Kubernetes, developing services on Kubernetes, creating containerized applications using Docker, and providing customer outreach and troubleshooting support. Additional desired skills include experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Gitlab CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and the Atlassian Tool suite.
