Systems Engineer

Captivation Software is seeking a mid-level systems engineer to join their mission-focused team dedicated to protecting the country. This role combines system administration, security compliance, and architecture design, requiring a candidate with strong technical expertise and a security clearance. The position offers an exceptional compensation package including a salary range of $130,000-$270,000 and outstanding benefits like a 20% 401k contribution.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of systems engineering experience and hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance with a favorable Polygraph. You'll be working with both Windows and Linux systems, VMware, NetApp, and networking equipment from Cisco and Juniper. The role involves designing and modifying system architectures, creating documentation, and ensuring all solutions meet security compliance requirements.
