Senior Front-end Engineer

CarOnSale is a tech startup in Berlin, focused on enabling smooth digital processes in the automotive trade across Europe. We're seeking a Senior Front-end Engineer to join our Engagement and Growth team. This role centers on front-end development, using modern technologies to build features that drive user engagement and product growth.

As a Senior Front-end Engineer, you'll play a key part in shaping our product, optimizing user experience, and supporting the team's growth. You'll have autonomy to influence both development strategies and feature design. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, defining requirements and standards, leading frontend development, contributing to engagement strategies, and supporting team collaboration.

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of software engineering experience, mastery of frontend tech stack (TypeScript, Angular), mentorship experience, knowledge of SCM and CI/CD tools, familiarity with Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills in English, and an autonomous, growth-focused mindset.
